The Neighbourhood Group is thrilled to announce that we’ve been named one of the top employers in the Greater Toronto Area!

Now in it's 20th year, The Greater Toronto Top Employers Award recognizes organizations in the GTA that demonstrate a commitment to foster a positive workplace culture, innovation, and employee well-being. Organizations are rated based on eight factors: the workplace, atmosphere, benefits, vacation and time off, communications, performance management, employee training, and community involvement. 

We've been recognized in part because of our maternity and paternity leave that pays 70% of salary for a full year, our sick day policy which allocates up to 18 days of paid sick leave per year, and our goal to provide decent work both inside and outside the organization.
