We’re incredibly thankful for the unwavering support and dedication of our partners. They play a critical role in addressing poverty and inequity, and building strong, resilient communities. Their tireless efforts help us to fulfill our mission and create positive change in the lives of the people we help.

Below are just a few of the wonderful organizations who help us improve the lives of the most vulnerable people in Toronto.

Access Alliance Multicultural Health and Community Services

Access Alliance focuses on removing barriers to health care by providing accessible, primary health care services, including health promotion, illness prevention and treatment, chronic disease management, and individual and community capacity building. They partner with The Neighbourhood Group on multiple services, such as our Youth Outreach Workers and Integrated Model of Care clinic in Scarborough.

Employment Ontario

Employment Ontario

Employment Ontario serves job seekers and employers throughout Ontario. By offering a wide variety of resources, they help agencies like The Neighbourhood Group support job seekers in their search for employment. Whether it’s helping people explore new careers, improve their resumes and interview skills, get pre-employment training or work with our employment staff on a one-to-one basis, Employment Ontario is a big reason why we’ve been connecting job seekers and employers for more than thirty years.

Ontario Trillium Foundation

Ontario Trillium Foundation: an agency of the Government of Ontario

The Ontario Trillium Foundation is an agency of the Government of Ontario and one of Canada’s leading granting foundations. With the support of The Ministry of Tourism, Culture and Sport, the Foundation invests in communities across the province to help build healthy and vibrant communities. The Foundation’s generous support through the Resilient Communities Fund is helping build staff capacity to improve data collection. By analyzing our trends and outcomes, we will be able to implement more effective programs for vulnerable people in our community.

United Way Greater Toronto

United Way Greater Toronto

United Way Greater Toronto fights local poverty by supporting the people impacted by this unignorable issue, and supporting the neighbourhoods they live in. They do this work by building and strengthening a network of agencies that function as the GTA’s social safety net.

We are proud to be a United Way Greater Toronto Anchor Agency!
