man giving boxes of Colgate toothpaste as in-kind donations

In-kind donations are another way you can help people in your community!

What are in-kind donations?

In-kind donations are gifts of goods or services that we distribute to people who use our services. Gifts can be donated by individuals, companies or other non-profit organizations.

How do in-kind donations help TNGCS?

Your generous in-kind contributions improve our financial flexibility by allowing us to use funds for other essential needs. In-kind donations also reduce the time it takes for us to purchase and deliver essential products and services to people in need.

Giving in-kind gifts also helps you: Your generosity works hand-in-hand with living sustainably – by donating what you don’t need instead of throwing it away, you help the most vulnerable people in Toronto while creating a positive environmental impact. It also gives you a chance to see exactly where your donation goes. And your donation may be eligible for a tax receipt if you can provide the sales receipt.
