FAQs

  • What is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)?

CBT is a type of therapy that helps reduce symptoms of many mental health conditions, especially for depression and anxiety disorders.

  • How does Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) work?

CBT is based on the idea that your thoughts, feelings, physical senses and actions are interconnected, and that negative thoughts and feelings can trap you in a vicious cycle. CBT helps you deal with overwhelming problems in a more positive way by breaking them down into smaller parts.
