“When my daughter Agneya was 6 months old, she started going to the Harbourfront Child Care Centre. We were worried about leaving her in the hands of unknown people. But as new immigrants and with both of us working, we had no choice. In less than a week, we saw how caring the staff were and how happy Agneya was there.
