The Neighbourhood Group is thrilled to announce that we’ve been named one of the top employers in the Greater Toronto Area!

The Greater Toronto Top Employers Award recognizes organizations in the GTA that demonstrate a commitment to foster a positive workplace culture, innovation, and employee well-being. Organizations are rated based on eight factors: the workplace, atmosphere, benefits, vacation and time off, communications, performance management, employee training, and community involvement. Now in it's 18th year, the Award is organized by Mediacorp Canada Inc.

We've been recognized in part because of our maternity and paternity leave that pays 70% of salary for a full year, as well the sick day policy which allocates up to 18 days of paid sick leave per year. Here's the Award's full report on The Neighbourhood Group.
