When the city's most vulnerable people face eviction, they don't know where to turn. The Eviction Prevention in the Community (EPIC) program is right there to help. Building on the city's Shelter, Support and Housing Administration's commitment to prevent homelessness, the EPIC team works with tenants and landlords to develop effective solutions for everyone involved. EPIC staff also provides wrap-around services that prevent people from getting to the point of eviction.

Referrals come from landlords, Community Legal Clinics, Housing Helps and duty counsel. People who are elgible will be directed to the City of Toronto's EPIC program.
