Seniors who are frail or living with mild cognitive impairment have a welcoming place to spend the day at our Multicultural Adult Day Program. There's plenty to enjoy: tasty food, gentle fitness, fun games and crafts, discussion groups, celebrations and much more. Best of all, it's a chance to make new friends!

Program Eligibility

Seniors who are frail or living with mild cognitive impairment 

$23 for a full day including transportation if you live within the transportation area. Subsidies may be available through an income assessment.
How to Join
Before joining, we need to make sure that the program is suitable for you. This includes a medical assessment by a doctor.

Transportation Eligibility
You must live in the area from Queen St. to Davenport Rd., and University Ave. to Dufferin St.
Monday to Friday 8:30 am - 3:00 pm
