If you’re out of school, out of work and looking to gain new work experience, YouthWorks Opportunities is for you. This 18-week program gives you the professional skills you need to find a job, a 12-week job placement, and life skills to support you throughout your journey.

Eligibility
You are eligible if all of the following are true:
  • You are between 18 and 30 years old when the program starts (in December 2025)
  • You are not working and out of school. You also are not planning to go to school between January 2026 and June 2026.
  • You are eligible to work in Canada and have a vaild Social Insurance Number (SIN). You must show proof of your SIN number. 
  • You must be a Canadian citizen, a Permanent Resident, a protected person or a convention refugee. You must show proof of your status. 
  • You must be able to commit to an 18 - 20 hours per week for the YWO. You cannot currently be an active client with another employment service or program.

Registration for our December program will start in November. You can email us to be put on a registration.waiting list for an informaiton session. Please ensure you meet all of the eligibility requirements.
